If it's Friday, you know what that means...Chef Cherise joins Brian & Ellen J in the studio to cook up another culinary treat!!! Continuing with the Holiday theme, Chef Cherise shws us how to make a perfect holiday ham.
Pineapple Cherry Glazed Ham: 1 5 to 10 lb. Ham 2 brown sugar 6 pineapple rings 6 maraschino cherries Directions: Mix the pineapple juice, cherry juice, and brown sugar. Cook it until it becomes a glaze. Place the pineapple rings on the ham and place a cherry in between each of the rings. Use toothpicks to pin the cherries to the ham. Pour the juice and brown sugar mixture over the ham. Cover with foil and bake for one hour. Remove the ham and baste with the juices. Cover and return to the oven until the ham separates from the bone, approximately one more hour.
