Alisa was born in New Jersey but raised in Oklahoma with two other siblings. She started writing at a young age. After becoming a mother of four her passion for writing was put on hold. In 2010, she was able to self-published her first novel, "Before Dawn" with anticipation of many to follow. She enjoys writing, spending time with her family, and traveling. She now lives in Louisiana and is pursuing a career in motivational speaking.
