Welcome to the show...Hammer is giving you a double-shot of greatness you won't want to miss...
Indie-Author and Publisher Mike Pettit is a best-seller of over twenty novels to his credit. He spent many years in little known back-water ports around Asia and the Caribbean, learning and applying the rules of international duplicity, double dealing and knowing when to run. Believe only half of what you see, and nothing of what you are told; survival goes in the plus column. At home on Florida’s emerald Coast, Mike spends his time writing Mystery Suspense and Thriller novels. Stories of lost honor, stolen money, danger coming at you like a tracer round; where the good guy doesn’t always win, and the bad guy isn’t always who you think it is.
Casey Ward (entrepreneur and business owner) has always loved to write. Her stories are reflective of her careers in the diverse fields of Antiques, Veterinary Medicine, and the Fashion Industry. Her knowledge and experience of these areas, provide a constant stream of ideas to build her stories around. Casey has lived on both Coasts and in Hawaii for several years, but her Midwestern roots drew her back to the Kansas City area to live and raise her family.
"Pyramids on Mars is the embodiment of who I am, really. My musical influences, my philosophies on life, the universe and our place in it." Kevin went on to say, “I have always been attracted to space, and a lot of my sound is influenced from my childhood growing up in the '70's. Some of my favorite TV shows back then were Star Trek and Space: 1999. Plus I am a huge Rush and Pink Floyd fan! Thus I use a lot of analog synthesizers like the Minimoog and Oberheim Polyphonic. Predominant of the '70's era and used exclusively by those bands. They are just so warm and mysterious sounding, they resonate with me."
