Murphy Witherspoon

Murphy Witherspoon is the Director of Recruitment at the Polk Institute.   As an instrumental player within Polk Institute, all he does is win.  "I’ve understood that change is like water, air, and food, you can’t live without it, you must embrace it. Learn to be a positive professional role model. Learn that it’s the process, not the people, as quoted to me by Miguel Dalmau. Learn if you wish to be a successful entrepreneur, manager, technician, etc. it shall take leadership. My stay with the Danaher organization has covered me in part with those understandings."

Murphy is a Master Black Belt and is also a Toastmaster. In Toastmasters, he rose to fourth in the world of Toastmasters recognition. Clearly he has exceptional leadership and communication skills.
