Ann Rindone https://lumencoaching.com ​There are thousands of coaches out there. Why choose me? Because I will 'get you' in ways other people do not. I’ve worked in a variety of work environments – small to large, for-profit and non-profit, creative to rigid, focused and not so much. I went from rockstar to stalled out, rapidly promoted to passed over. I've made a career out of jumping into newly created roles, building the plane while flying it. Through it all, I felt misunderstood and frustrated. Sound familiar? ​I can now look back on my career and see what I did right and what I so painfully did wrong. I used to joke, "Why would you tell someone who doesn't listen that they don't listen?" Becoming a trained and certified coach opened my eyes. How to listen was the first revelation and it made me realize that if I had had a coach who was candid, helped me see my blind spots, and gain a different perspective, things could have been different. A coach could have helped turn frankly unhelpful feedback into actionable insights. It's now my mission to help people who find themselves in similar situations. ​You can expect both empathy and candor from me. If there are things you need to hear but others are afraid to bring those observations to you, I'm your coach. A coach training colleague calls it "sugar free feedback." Going through my own personal process of learning and unlearning, I have the experiences to relate to my clients, guide them to new awareness, and help them choose where they want to shift to get their positive outcomes.
