My love of assisting people to Actualise their Human Potential drives me to be the best I can be so I am the best for my clients.  Life experience and many different courses allow me to bring a diverse array of method, modalities and techniques to my sessions.

Using a combination of Wholistic Psychonomy, BodyTalk and Counselling I work holistically with the body, the mind, the emotions and the spirit. I work towards actualising a person's human potential alleviating anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. Many of my clients whole life takes a new course after only a couple of sessions, relationships improve, businesses grow and their ability to resolve their issues is made so much easier. I work with adults, teenagers and children. I often work with the whole family in individual sessions.

My formal studies include an Associate Diploma in Wholistic Psychonomy, BodyTalk, Transpersonal Counselling, Art Therapy and Landmark Education, and I hold Certificates in Therapeutic Massage, Eastern Western and Modern Cupping, Pranic Healing and Reiki. I work with physical ailments with massage, cupping and Lyapko therapy and use various techniques to relieve tension and soreness in the body.
