Gaining Knowledge to Revive Islam

Hasan Al-Basri narrated that Allah’s Messenger (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “He whom death overtakes while he is engaged in acquiring knowledge with a view to reviving Islam with the help of it, there will be (only) one degree between him and the Prophet in Paradise.”Let us strive and not be the people of regret and excuses from the people of Hellfire. With the guidance of Allah, let us strive instead to be of the people of Jannah, the Muslim believers who do good, the people of action. May Allah guide us and all the Muslims and grant us Paradise, and protect us from the Hellfire. Ameen.
