As-Salaam-Alaikum,

I hadn’t watched the SOTU, during the last Administration, but, decided to end the draught, by watching President Trump’s, last Tuesday. With my focus being on his domestic vision and accomplishments, I was impressed in his reminding the Congress and the American people, of the all-time low unemployment for black people at 4.1% (they’re also lowest for Hispanics and women).

What was most striking, was how the outright hatred for the president, precluded certain notables from even applauding that good news. You could see the vitriol, emanating from Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer. They couldn’t even get themselves to show support for families, whose kin were murdered by members of MS-13.

The president, in speaking of the Supreme Court, made the case for his undying support for religious liberty; something that all people of faith, should appreciate.

I know, his eliminating the individual mandate from Obamacare, is a sore point for the liberals, but his Tax Reform has already reaped dividends for the American worker (you WILL see an increase in your take home pay, for February, unless, unscrupulous Democrat lawmakers, enact state and local tax increased.

But, of course, we are still encumbered by the so-called Russian Collusion investigation.

The price to pay, for draining the Swamp.

This is Black History Month, so, I will try my best to devote quality time to us; our history notables, and what must be done to build upon the blood, sweat and tears of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our[semblance] of freedom, justice and dignity.
