As-Salaam-Alaikum (God's Peace upon You),

With less than a week to go, before the new president takes the helm - the 45th in history, we see before our eyes, the dishonest and disingenuous attempts by the democrats in the Senate (and press) to deny Pres-Elect Trump's cabinet picks. Can you imagine what the outcry would be, if this was Hillary Clinton as the winner? We'd hear charges

Both Jeff Sessions, the Attorney General nominee and Dr. Ben Carson, the HUD pick, had to endure grueling and insulting questions that a Clinton selection would never have to go through.

Despite the desperate attempt by Obama, Clinton, CNN and countless other pundits, to paint the 2016 election (AFTER THE RESULTS) as being fixed by the Russians, in his favor, on January 20, 2017, Donald J. Trump will assume the reins of power and responsibility as the most powerful man in the world.

Arguable, he will not be able to deal with the real issues facing the nation and the world, with the deftness he showed against a hostile press. Did you see the press conference? How he handled the reporter from CNN?

Either way, the country is split, as there are those who are excited about a Trump presidency, while others are foreboding. We shall see who is more justified. I will say that I do hope that the GOP has a viable alternative to Obamacare, which may have its flaws, but at the very least, can be improved upon, to more effectively deal with the realities of healthcare and maintenance in America.

Join us this Saturday, January 14, 2017, on Critical Discourse, as we count down to the end of reign of Obama and his errant policies.
