The Power of Consecration to Principle

Welcome to tonights show.  Bill has been talking with people of late about church standards. Its a big picture that you cant just pick and choose scripture to get specific answers.  The sermon is by Pastor Raymond Woodward called, "The 3 Fold Cord of Apostolic Indentity in Holiness",  To get an understanding of personal concecration, holiness, and church standards is not a find one scripture to say exactly what you are supposed to do.  Most people that have problems with this topic do not realize that they have a heart problem.  Because it is not supposed to be applied as a tool of judgment.  We have seen people who feel like they are being condemed and judged when being taught about holiness.  You can't judge something like this with your feelings.  If you feel judged, then you need to ask your pastor and not follow your feelings.  Open communicaton destroys satan being able to use your feelings against you.  Teachings on Holiness, and standards are a tool of love, perfecting, and protection.  These things speak to your love, relationship experiance with Jesus!  We are not saying you will not have feelings and emotions.  Remember that feeling when you had your first kiss? Remember the first time on a date you were told, "I love you"?   When you have true repentance, and a totally open heart towards GOD.  You will have emotion, as you consecrate things in your life.  Its a love relationship thing going both ways.  You would not expect to hear I love you or get a kiss from someone you barely know.   Building a relationship of any kind is a process.  Its not ever an instant happening in the natural or in the spiritual.  This teacher does a great job of bringing this out.  As always, you can share your comments or questions at the end of the show.
