Welcome to our show tonight.  Sunday was father's day.  Wild Bill like many people, has lost his dad a few years back.  He shared with me of how he was praying and searching for this show. He was flooded with emotion while thinking about his dad.  He remembered how Joy sang the song, "Daddy's hands" at the memorial service. She blended it with aother song and it was a beautiful show of loss and love. Have you ever noticed that when speaking to a father about his success or failure in raising children.  Most men remember every situation that he wished he had done it better.  Wild Bill is constantly haunted of bad choices he made with his kids.  In thinking about his dad, Bill shared that all he could think of was the good times.  Not that there wan't any bad, but he could not remember any.  Instead he remembered many times as a child he did wrong.  Wild Bill will tell you that he knew he was loved.  This thought expand to thinking how GOD called us HIS children.  Because we understand the child postion really well, as Bill still lives there.  GOD uses  simple things to show us HIS love in action.  For me when the kids are bad they are Bill's kids!  God told us in Matthew 7:11 “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?”  GOD understands, that even when trying to do good we do bad! We don't have to make a plan to do bad, but little error upon little error is how we usually get there.  It is very important that we understand HIS love does not start or stop with us being good or bad. The plan of salvation in the bible is full of paths that lead us to Jesus.   That is why he gave so many illustrations of how to find our way back to HIM. In HIS grace is where we find all that we need to be a overcomer!
