One year Bible Study Part 70

Welcome to another show here at, "Your Place".  This is part 70 of our one year bible.  We are still looking at the writings of Paul this week. You can go to our blog talk show page and listen and download all of these shows to any smart device for free.  We have also posted links to these shows on our FB page.  As we listen to the news of this world, there is one thing that is clear.  Evil is not hiding it's face and working behind the curtains of life anymore.  We see this in business news, crime news, and even in our political news.  What is worse is that this evil is getting way to much exposure in our churches in trying to say which side is more right then the other.  We have so much soundbite news that is set up to cause a stir of emotions among different groups of people.  So that we would not know truth if it was to bite us on the rear.  For people of faith there are a few things that we need to hang onto with all the might and focus that we have.  The Bible is true!  Jesus loves us and made a way of escape for us.  We need to be in the word of GOD to be able to make our calling and election sure.  We need to obey the word of GOD in how we live our life by applying it daily.  What is being born of the water and of the spirit? We need to have a heart of repentence for all of our sins against GOD.  We need to be baptized in Jesus name for remission of sin.  We need to recieve our free promised gift of the Holy Ghost, and allow it to lead/guide us into all truth.   After being born again, we have to run the race with our eyes on the prize.  It is a process that we all have to be willing to surrender to in living for GOD.  There is no magic potion or spell in the bible.  We do not command GOD!  Instead we are to obey and put our trust in HIM!
