Is all of the news and the election process bringing you down?

Welcome to another show here at "Your Place" .  We want to thank you for being a part of our show. As always we will open up the microphones at the end of this show so that you can add your comments are ask questions.

Like all of you all of the news on police officers getting shot, the focus on police shooting black people, how this presidential election this year has turned into a reality tv show, the drastic change in weather patterns around the world, the melting of the ice packs at both poles, the rise in sea water effecting our ports around the world, earth quakes off the west coast in the ocean that seems to be building, more movement in fault lines then we have ever seen before, volcanic actions around the world, terrorist attacks around the world, the epidemic of teen suicide, the epidemic of the homeless, and the list goes on and on.  

Tonight we are not going to talk about any of those things.  We are going to bring you some scripture and our hope is that you will have some scripture of your own to add to the conversation tonight.  As Sis Bobbie Lively aka, Blog talk mom, aka lyrical lively, aka rapping granny just sang to us.  What does the word say!
