“God always finish what He Starts”  Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that He who hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the Day of Jesus Christ.

Many of us only think about salvation as something we receive once we die. Salvation is a gift from God the guarantees us eternal life. Salvation means to be saved and set apart, but it also includes rescue, renewal, and restoration and is accomplished through the person and the work of His Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ along with His Spirit the Holy Ghost.  We are being saved daily it’s a process a journey, not a destination.  That why we can say “please be patience with me because God is not through with me yet.

Since salvation is a gift from God, the believer can never lose it once received.  Not everyone who call on called will be saved, because they never did it with the right intention or with their whole heart. God wiil say I never knew you.  Our grantee is a testimony to the fullness of God and that His grace is sufficient.  Our eternal future is secured, not only does God initiate salvation; He also preserves us with His Spirit.  This is God’s gift that rescues the believer from sin and it consequence which is death, renews the believer to a holy life, and restores the believer to a right relationship with God for all eternity. Salvation is not just for the hereafter but it is a wonderful gift from God for us now to experience daily in our lives comforting, counseling, leading, guiding and working in us to grow in the grace and the knowledge of God. His job is to get us to moral maturity. We must learn how to cooperate with the direction the Holy Spirit is leading.
