Her work as a creative and visionary bridge builder has challenged and inspired learning for over twenty-five years. Dr. Butler is also the producer and director of the groundbreaking documentaries, The Way Home and Light in the Shadows, Mirrors of Privilege: Making Whiteness Visible, and her latest “Cracking the Codes”: Race and Relationships in the 21st Century illuminates the personal, institutional and structural aspects of racial inequity.
