Laura Calcaretta is co-owner and co-founder of Big Yoga, a Baptiste Inspired yoga studio located in Montrose. Big Yoga is finishing up its second year of business, has just undergone a large-scale expansion including the addition of Big & Juicy juice bar, and is about to kick-off it's 3rd Free 40 Days program- a program that promises a personal revolution for members of the Big Yoga community.

Laura’s life and yoga classes are inspired by physicalness and empowerment. Yoga has helped Laura create a life she loves and has taught her that happiness is attainable in every single moment! Laura’s intention, carried out through the creation of Big Yoga and her teaching, is to inspire others to create a life for themselves that is fun, purposeful, exciting and BIG! Laura completed her 200-hour RYT training at a Baptiste Affiliate Studio and is also a Certified Baptiste Teacher. Additionally, she is certified through Rainbow Kids as a kids and family yoga instructor. Laura’s other specialties include SUP (stand up paddle) yoga and yoga for athletes.  Find out more here...
