"I started Triton Overseas Transport in 1994 from my car, at the age of 29. Triton is an international logistics provider, specializing in the oil & gas industry with a focus on Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Triton is creating the Port of Houston to be the consolidation gateway to the World for both exports and imports. Currently the consolidation gateways are via New York, Long Beach and Miami.
In 1996 Triton was the 2nd largest exporter behind Exxon. In 2008 & 2009 our Revenue was $30 Million but it quickly dropped to $13.2 Million in 2011 & $8.6 Million in 2012. What happened? In 2010 I had a personal set back that made me question my leadership ability and rocked my self-confidence. During the next two years I was stuck in my own self-pity (my story) and my business suffered, including my personal life.
I hired a business coach who worked with me and also introduced me to Landmark. With her coaching and the personal transformation by attending Landmark seminars, my self-confidence and leadership are now stronger than when I started the company. I have been married for 17 years to Angela Onorato and we have four children."
