Tracey has been on a spiritual journey of “Finding Herself” for the last decade leading her down the path of reconnecting with her intuitive abilities and gifts. In 2012, Tracey began studying Metaphysical Shamanism at The Temple of the Inner Self. There she found an organic connection into the principles of New Thought, Positive Living and living the Law of Attraction. Tracey's virtual Spiritual program, “28 Days to Find Yourself” allows participants all over the globe join her on a Spiritual Journey of going within, and finding their authentic selves, which creates more freedom, balance and harmony.

Tracey also offers individual mentoring sessions that begins with co-creating powerful intentions.
