Additionally she trains aspiring life coaches with the Gardner Institute and has a next class beginning in mid-February. She also teaches a variety of women’s courses offered through her church, including a current 8 week discussion of Marcus Buckingham’s book, Find Your Strongest Life – What the Happiest and Most Successful Women Do Differently, which is led with another Life Coach. MiMi is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and serves on the board of the North Texas chapter as V.P., Outreach and Alliances.
MiMi’s coaching business evolved following over 30 years of management in the dental and pharmaceutical industries. Her biggest joy has always been helping people develop and grow. MiMi holds an ACC certification through ICF and is a certified Mindset for Success Coach (a proprietary process of Gardner Institute).
