Join Anna B as she talks with artist, entrepreneur, teacher, student, Marilyn Morrison. Marilyn owns Harmony Wellness Center located just North of Atlanta, Georgia.

In addition to teaching yoga, Marilyn also does bodywork.  She was trained in the Dr. Ida P. Rolf method of Structural Integration and has been working with clients in the Atlanta area for almost 20 years.  Her appreciation for the human body and its design shows up in each of the therapies she works with including Thai-Yoga Body Therapy and Gravity Therapy.  

Marilyn studied Treating PTSD with Yoga at Kripalu, the yoga training center in Massachusettes.  She is working with a group to help trauma victims discover new coping skills through yoga, meditation and breathwork.
 
It is a life long journey to learn to be present and conscious in life.  Marilyn began her journey 25 years ago and continue to help herself and others toward this goal.
