Karimah is a medicine woman, herbalist, Ayurvedic consultant, iridologist, Reiki Master, Kemetic yoga teacher, energy healer, proponent of natural childbirth and womb wellness. She embarked on her journey with natural healing at the age of 14 when she cured herself of severe asthma and elevated cholesterol through diet, therapeutic fasting, breathing exercises and connecting with herbs. Tuning into the ancient wisdom of the patrilineal elders in her family, she began to study herbal medicine from a Caribbean perspective and later sat under the tutelage of spiritual elders and shaman from across the globe. Karimah is passionate when it comes to assisting others with transforming their lives through conscious thought, divine word, living foods and intentional action, bringing the understanding that all are expressed in the energy field and shapes ones physical reality.
