Stephanie Hanvey Talks: From American Idol To Working With Industry Icons

At just 17 years old, singer/actress/songwriter/overall entertainer Stephanie Hanvey is making her mark. From winning competitions at the Apollo Theatre,Madison Square Garden, Izod Center and releasing an album nationwide to opening up for artists such as Hot Chelle Rae,Diggy Simmons,Joan Jett,Joe Jonas,Sara Barielles etc. Icons such as Johnny Depp and Quincy Jones have stamped Stephanie to be the next big superstar. She kicked off the year by premiering on American Idol and releasing a single “On A Prayer” written by Siedah Garrett,Barry Eastmond,and Karina Pasian. Stephanie recently performed at “MusiCares” a grammy event, tribute to Bruce Springsteen where she sang backup for Sting, Zac Brown,and Mavis Staples.
