This is filmmaker Brian Wimer's second major foray into civic work. In 2012, Wimer initiated Project Gait-Way, the design competition for the replacement of the Belmont Bridge. He says projects like these exemplify the positive potential for approaching civic work with creativity, hope and challenging the impossible. "Ever watched The Beatles' Yellow Submarine?" asks Wimer. "We're creating Pepperland."
