Today on The Neil Haley Show, Neil "The Media Giant" Haley and Sherrie Clark of The Storehouse Media Group interview Matt Mathews. In a short amount of time, Matt has skyrocketed into the social media stratosphere through his hilariously raw social posts and side-splitting short-form videos–earning him over 4.4 million followers on TikTok and over 1.9 million followers on Instagram. He went viral for his videos showing him do farm chores with his chicken named Fluffy” https://www.instagram.com/reel/CnDSdInJ0I8/?igsh=MzY1NDJmNzMyNQ== Widely known and celebrated for his relatability and situational humor, Matt discusses a variety of topics and personal experiences in his stand-up, including his daily life of living on a farm, growing up as a gay man in Alabama, his career as a boudoir photographer, relationships, and taboo sexual encounters. Matt also brings his ever-popular “Confessions with Matt'' video series to the live stage, where he provides a real-time comedic take on audience members who voluntarily spill their deepest, darkest secrets. After a whirlwind start to 2023, selling out renowned comedy clubs and theaters from coast to coast, Matt continues his debut headlining comedy tour, When That Thang Get Ta Thang’n, through 2024, that will include new international tour dates. When Matt isn’t touring, he lives on a 30-acre farm with his husband in Birmingham, Alabama. 2024 has already started off as a big year for Matt as he made his national TV appearance debut on The Kelly Clarkson Show and has since appeared on Daily Blast Live and has been featured by Metro Source & Cracked to name a few. In July, Matt will tape his first stand-up special in his hometown of Birmingham. The special will be produced by 800 Pound Gorilla.
