This book is about how to get through the disappointment you never expect to happen. You  never expect to be trapped in a relationship, culture, business, financial situation, job, emotion,  religion, grief, health crisis or circumstance. Whether it’s afflicted on you, or you make the  choice yourself, the pain feels the same.

This book isn’t for you, if your life is a fairy tale, you won’t ever rock the boat, or you are not  willing to take risks. I have discovered most people who have it all together and are close  minded about culture differences will dislike the hope and the story in this book.

Marian McSpadden loves God, family and business and is a person of faith. She brings hope  and stability to her students, clients and the groups she speaks to. She does private coaching  and helps clients navigate through intense situations.

The ability to go to bed happy and wake up energized is not free.

However, those willing to pay the cost will say “I am glad I did and not I wish I had.”

Marian McSpadden appreciates the heroes who help her live a free, confident and  worthy life. Born in the secluded culture of a horse-drawn buggy organization she escaped the  religious system at 34 years old. Today, she and her husband run a multimillion-dollar company  and she helps others break free from trapped, frustrating and oppressive circumstances.
