Kimberly K. Haynes is a CEO, Philanthropist, Lawyer, and Entrepreneur, well known among Atlanta and Baton Rouge's elite civically engaged leaders. Haynes is the Founder and CEO of OMBI Group LLC, a premier sports and entertainment firm that specializes in the representation of sports and entertainment professionals, and executives. Furthermore, she is the Principal of Haynes Johnson LLC, a boutique entertainment law firm handling music, film, television, literary matters, civil litigation, estate planning, and small business needs.

Over the past 15 years, Haynes has grown both the OMBI Group and Haynes Johnson into successful organizations with expertise in managing the professional and personal endeavors of professional athlete's and entertainers. Additionally, Haynes is cultivating a full-service nonprofit consulting group.

Haynes is a graduate of Spelman College and Tulane University School of Law, specializing in Sports and Entertainment Law, holding membership in both Louisiana and Georgia State Bar Associations. Additionally, Ms. Haynes is involved in a number of professional and civic organizations including Junior League of Atlanta, National Alumnae Association of Spelman College, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Louisiana Bar Association, Georgia State Bar Association, National Bar Association, Black Entertainment, Sports Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Black Female Entertainment and Music Executives.
