Billy Hepfinger is an actor and writer living in New York City. A proud Pittsburgh native and Princeton graduate, Billy currently recurs as Judd Fults on the WGN America series "Outsiders". Other TV and film credits include "The Blacklist" and The Last Witch Hunter. Billy can be seen by Pittsburgh audiences in City Theatre's upcoming production of "The Guard", running March 11-April 2; other theater credits include "The Underclassman" (Prospect Theater Company, NYC), "Company" (Pittsburgh Public Theater), "Camelot" (Westchester Broadway Theatre), "Side by Side by Sondheim" (Pittsburgh CLO), and "Plaid Tidings" (Merry-Go-Round Playhouse).
