The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Larenz Tate of Bronzeville.

About Larenz: Larenz Tate was born on the west side of Chicago and found a passion for acting at a young age after moving to California and becoming involved in an inner-city drama program.  He played Peter Waters in Crash, O-Dog in hood film Menace II Society and a young Quincy Jones in Ray.  He is also known for his television roles in Rescue Me and House of Lies.  Larenz has recently joined the cast of Power on Starz for season 4, from producer 50 Cent.

About Bronzeville: 10-episode scripted audio drama, “Bronzeville,” is an unparalleled look into Chicago’s “policy” games of the 1940’s.

The audio series will premiere hour-long episodes every Tuesday on digital platforms including Spotify, iTunes, Radio One/Interactive One, TuneIn, SoundCloud and Google Play with new content debuting through April 11, 2017.

Written by Academy Award® and BAFTA nominee Josh Olson (A History of Violence), “Bronzeville” will chronicle the lives of players in the lottery games while illuminating the self-sustainability of the community’s African American residents.
