The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Gil Bellows of USA Network's Eyewitness.

Gil Bellows stars as Gabe Caldwell, compassionate small-town veterinarian and husband to town sheriff Helen Torrance, in USA Network’s bone-chilling new original drama series Eyewitness.

Bellows appeared in the Oscar-nominated film The Shawshank Redemption and starred in the Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning series Ally McBeal. Most recently, Bellows co-created, alongside Steve Conrad, executive produced, and recurred in the Amazon series Patriot and can currently be seen in the Hulu original miniseries 11.22.63 opposite James Franco. Bellow’s film credits include Love and a .45, The Weatherman, Parkland, and Kill the Messenger.

As a producer, Bellows executive produced the Emmy- and Peabody award-winning, as well as Golden Globe-nominated, television movie Temple Grandin for HBO. Additionally, Bellows co-wrote, produced and directed the film 3 Days in Havana and is in preparation to produce and direct Loose Women, a Black List film written by Jeffrey Belanger.

USA Network and sister studio Universal Cable Productions (UCP) have partnered to bring an adaptation of the Norwegian crime thriller EYEWITNESS (original title “Øyevitne”) to the U.S. market.  The ten-episode, straight-to-series drama will be adapted for American television by Adi Hasak (creator, “Shades of Blue”). The series, which explores a grisly crime from the point of view of the eyewitnesses, is executive produced by Hasak, who brought the series to UCP and serves as showrunner.  Jarl Emsell Larsen will also executive produce.
