Landon Ashworth of Dicky Sledgehammer

The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Landon Ashworth of Dicky Sledgehammer.

Their premiering film, Dicky Sledgehammer, is the next great up and coming action/comedy by the talented directing and writing duo. With Landon’s background in viral comedy videos and Matt’s background in high end productions, the two create a unique film experience.

The film is born out of Landon’s desire to tell the underdog’s story. Dicky is a clueless detective who can’t help himself nor other people, and his fumbles turn simple cases into major disasters for everyone involved. Dicky is a darkly hilarious nod to the classic film noir genre.

A relatively new face in Hollywood, Landon’s production work, topical sketch comedies, and sheer talent as an actor have quickly gained him a large, loyal following. Having written, directed, edited, and starred in over 150 viral comedy sketches for YouTube and Funny Or DIe, Dicky Sledgehammer has been a passion project for years.

Landon is a man of many talents. His extensive resume showcases skills as a writer, director, producer, actor and more. After graduating from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University — he is a former jet pilot who wanted to be an astronaut — he received his Masters from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and launched a career as a TV actor.
