The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview GEOFF SCHWARTZ Co-Author of "Eat My Schwartz."

Brothers and NFL players, Geoff and Mitch Schwartz, know that football and a good kosher dish are the perfect companions. In their new book, EAT MY SCHWARTZ: Our Story of NFL Football, Food, Family, and Faith (St. Martin’s Press, on sale September 6, 2016, $26.99 hardcover), this most improbable pair of star offensive lineman – who are also the first Jewish brothers to play in the NFL at the same time since 1923 – talk about what has made them the extraordinary people that they are today: their close-knit and supportive family, their Jewish faith and traditions, and, last but not least, the food they love to eat.

EAT MY SCHWARTZ guides readers and fans through the ups and downs of a professional athlete’s career.  It details the determination and hard work it takes to achieve success, not as top draft picks, but as players in positions that don’t receive the glory they deserve. Since the beginning of their football careers, the odds have been stacked against brothers, and though they didn’t start playing until high school, they both earned scholarships to play at prestigious college football schools before going on to the NFL.
