Robert “Dusty” Staub shares his experiences of courage and leadership through his two books. He has worked for over 30 years liberating the purpose, passion, and power of individuals, teams, and organizations.  He has worked as a licensed marital and family therapist, a crisis center clinical director, in the mental health system and as an organizational consultant for the past 30 years with 4 published books and more than 200 published articles.   Dusty has a MSW from UNC-Chapel Hill, am a Fellow in the School of Engineering at Virginia Tech and a Certified Forum Facilitator for the World's President Organization.
