The Total Tutor Neil Haley and Coach Karen Hall will interview Terrance Parham of Triple Threat Training.

Coach Parham has been a part of the Western Pennsylvania coaching fraternity ever since earning his B.A. Degree from Bucknell University in 1998. A 1994 graduate of Shady Side Academy, Coach Parham was a 4 sport standout in football, basketball, baseball, and track while earning 12 varsity letters during his high school career.

 

Coach Parham had a decorated career at Bucknell University (1994-1998) as a 4 year starter on the football team where he played DB, WR, and Kick-returner. Coach Parham was an All Conference player and also set numerous school and Patriot League records. 

Coach Parham began his coaching career at his alma mater as an assistant under former Pennsylvania AA Coach of The Year, Will Saunders. During his 5 years with Coach Saunders, Shady Side Academy won 2 section titles, 1 W.P.I.A.L Runner-Up Finish, 5 Consecutive Playoff Berths, 3 State Playoff Berths, and 1 State championship in 2000. Coach Parham spent his next 2 years teaching and coaching at Wilkinsburg HS where help Coach Art Griffiths guide the Tigers to 1 Section Title, 2 W.P.I.A.L. Playoff Berths, and a spot in the 2004 Western Pennsylvania State Playoff game.

Coach Parham returned to Shady Side Academy after being name Head Coach in 2004. He guided the program from 2004-2012. During his tenure, Shady Side Academy won 4 Section Titles (3 consecutive 2009-2012), 8 Consecutive Playoff Appearances, 3 State Playoff Berths, and an appearance in the 2010 W.P.I.A.L. Semi-Final game. Prior to making Triple Threat Training his full-time occupation, Coach Parham ended his career at Shady Side Academy with an overall record of 137-61.
