Florence Calderone-Blake is a freelance editor, and retired newspaper staff reporter, feature writer, and college writing instructor.  Florence Blake authored a system whose students enjoy a 90% success rate in attaining publication of their manuscripts for the first time.  She's had over 1,800 of her own articles published in national magazines, newspapers, and anthologies.  She is the author of several books including her powerful memoir, The Sicilian Nobleman's Daughter.  Florence has advised Professors, Deans, PhD's, and hundreds of students who have asked her to edit their writing before submitting it to publishers.  Her powerful testimony of survival, forgiveness and reconciliation has been heard on six continents, and her memoir, The Sicilian Nobleman's Daughter was nominated for the National Critic's Choice Award.
