The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Jessica Pohly Star of Pee-Wee's Big Holiday on Netflix.

From comedy to drama, working in film and television, and having extensive roots in theater, Jessica Pohly is a fresh new face in the entrainment industry today, having positioned herself as “one to watch" this year. In 2016 Jessica can be seen in her most notable role to date, costarring opposite Paul Reubens and Joe Manganiello in “Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday,” slated for premiere on Netflix in March. Jessica shines as Pepper, head of an all-girls gang of bank robbers who doesn't take crap from anyone, including Pee-Wee. Born and raised in New York City, Jessica attended a liberal arts college and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Art History. During college she spent her summers studying at The Atlantic Theater Acting School in New York City, where she began her formal training in acting. Upon graduation Jessica toured for a year with a Shakespeare Company and then studied Corporeal Mime in Paris. When she returned to NYC after spending some time in the City of Lights, Jessica worked with dozens of new writers, creating characters at downtown venues from The Flea Theater, to PS 122, to 59 East 59. Her work in film and television kickstarted however, when she moved to Los Angeles. Once arriving in LA, Jessica booked a handful of television guest-star roles right off the bat. Her TV credits include: “Stalker,” “Rake,” “Modern Family,” “Super Fun Night,” “Bella and the Bulldogs,” and “Welcome to the Family.” In 2015, Jessica got back to her theater roots in LA and won The Ezra Buzzington Spirit of the Fringe Award for female performance for her work in Jason & (Medea). In 2015 Jessica also landed her co-starring role in “Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday,” her biggest role to date.
