He has always had a passion for youth sports and working with children. As the co-creator of the award winning children’s book A Glove of Their Own, he has been the driving force behind uniting professional athletes to support the book’s message of paying-it-forward in order to make a positive difference in the lives of our youth. Bob founded Danjulie, LLC, to coordinate his efforts along with many outside organizations that share in his vision ,to make a difference in lives of children. Beyond The Laces is his new book that will inspire children through kindness and touch many lives.  Our goal is to inspire through kindness by assisting the development of America’s next generation, harnessing the influence and star power of the professional athlete and uniting all sports to impact the lives of children/ families. The Beyond the Laces team organizes events with various sports figures visiting hospitals, schools, and youth programs around the country to showcase the story’s message of never giving up.
