Alton L. Garrett, Jr., the Managing Partner, Garrett Management Group (GMG), LLC. GMG is a full-service company that is unique in its approach to all its clients. GMG develops, executes, and manages festivals for clients and also produces a variety of events under the banner of GMG. They have managed the stages for the annual National Orange Show Citrus Fair, entertainment for the annual Ronald McDonald House fundraiser. Garrett Management Group, LLC was established in 2013 and is the combination of Garrett Management Enterprises (est.1995), an event planning company and the desire to move the organization into the festival/concert management arena. Mr. Garrett serves as a Small Business C,onsultant Political Advisor. 

 The Jimmy Sterling Experience has performed on major stages with a host of legendary acts. The Intruders, The Delfonics, Janice Johnson from (A Taste of Honey), The Notations, Brenton Wood. his well-received CD, “I Lived It All” which was well received in the U.K. The Jimmy Sterling Experience is A Tribute to Motowns' Legendary Bobby Womack.
