Cable news’s most-watched host and unabashed supporter of the 45th was named as a client of President's personal attorney during a Monday afternoon hearing before U.S. District Court Judge Kimba Wood. After news broke, Hannity, who was in the middle of his daily afternoon radio show, stated that while he has known Cohen for a long time, considers him a friend, “he has never represented me in any matter, and I have never received an invoice or paid legal fees to him." “I have occasionally had brief discussions with him about legal questions about which I wanted his input and perspective. I assumed those conversations were confidential, but to be absolutely clear they never involved any matter between me and a third party,” Should Hannity have previously disclosed his connection to Cohen?
