Good morning, today on The Meter we will cover the final stretch of the Governor's races in Virginia and New Jersey. In Virginia, Glenn Youngkin has surged ahead of former governor Terry Mcauliffe as Education has become the primary issue after highly publicized school board meetings where parents were arrested and called domestic terrorists while the school system covered up sexual assaults and protecting the perpetrator. In New Jersey challenger Jack Ciattarelli has closed within the margin of error against incumbent Gov. Phil Murphy. Inflation and increasing taxes are hitting the residents of the Garden State hard and exasperated by the exodus from New York. What would Republican victories or close calls mean for the Democrat Party's agenda nationwide? Also, Joe Biden headed to Europe this week without a deal on his infrastructure bill. The Biden White House was pushing for a vote so he could be in a stronger position on climate change at the summit in Glasgow that begins today. One participant that conspicuously missing is the greatest polluter of all, China. The Democrat Party progressive wing is not budging against changes in the bill. Going into next year's midterms, how devastating could a NO DEAL on the infrastructure bill be to Democrats? Also, more migrants are heading to the USA as Joe Biden says he's offering a cash payment of $450,000 per family that were separated upon breaching the border during the Trump Administration. Is there someone that doesn't think this will cause an unmanageable number of illegal entries into America? Please join the discussion at 10:00 AM. The call-in number is 347-308-8933. Your input is essential!
