Shaleek M. Simon. Born and raised in Paterson NJ. 29 year music veteran. Currently CEO of LEEK VISION MEDIA, LLC a entertainment company that produces music,films and TV shows. Shaleek also Put out my first independent project COMPETITION IZ NONE in the Fall of 1994. In 1997 signed a deal as a writer/producer with Sugar Hill Records 1997 to Present Shaleek has Ghost Written or Collaborated Creatively on numerous Gold & Platinum releases. In 2005 Shaleek served as Vice President of Wonder Boy Publishing one of the most successful independent publishing companies in the world. Shaleek was instrumental in brokering the licensing deal for the 1st ever Apple iPod commercial. In 2009 to present Shaleek is manager and business partners with Legendary Brooklyn rapper AZ. Shaleek was Co-Executive Producer and A&R on AZ"s Doe or Die 2 which debuted at #6 Worldwide on iTunes All Genres Charts and #2 Worldwide on iTunes Hip Hop Charts between Drake & Kanye West. Shaleek is also a producer on AZs upcoming Documentary JEWELS, GEMS & TREASURES. Shaleek is currently developing film and TV projects as well as guiding young artists that's trying to get in the industry.
