When someone dies suddenly or violently, the survivors often suffer emotional trauma as well as grief. Coupled with that is the anxiety of coming up with funeral expenses for the suddenly deceased, and if family members are already undergoing hardship such as illness or injury, the problems can become overwhelming. Spiritual Counselor and Advisor Minister Cynthia Marie Williams, a double amputee as a result of diabetes, suddenly lost her husband Michael William in a hit and run accident and faces not only the grief and emotional trauma of the sudden transition of her husband, but is also facing the loss of his needed assistance as she attempts to maneuver through life despite the absence of legs. Still, she persists, with a spiritual understanding  that we are more than the bodies we are wearing, we are the eternal souls within. Today she shares insight on how to cope with multiple life traumas and  still maintain one's emotional stability.
