One year ago, on May 25, 2020, George Floyd was murdered by Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, as a cell phone video captured images that were seen around the world. it triggered global protests against violence inflicted by police on citizens, and the racial injustice behind such attacks. This was a defining moment in world history, for sure. But how have race relations improved in the year following this incident? What would we like to see a year from now, five years from now, 10 years from now in terms of the saftety and security of citizens who interact with law inforcement officers? How do we make these changes happen?
