How To Create A Community Without Armed Police: A Strategy That Works!

There are many places in the world where citizens live without the presence of armed police. What are they doing that we in America are not doing? Ongoing distressing incidences of people being killed by police are an indication that we need to change the system we have created. Simply getting mad and having a protest march, even smashing out windows and calling the Mayor bad names does not change the abusive police system that we have collectively caused to manifest.
