Slavery & the Generations of Shame That Followed

On the vibration scale shame is the lowest . Shame is a first chakra debility.  It locks the person into a cycle of fear. Let's Talk About & Use Simple Therapies under the auspices of a certified practioner, Myeka, to uproot shame. Let's talk about Shame of how you look, how your mother and father appeared, the clothes you wore as a child, the places you had to go to school, misunderstandings, truths unbelieved, secret male codes that lock us and them into cycles of gloom and doom.  SHAME. First we will become conscious of it and then experiment to see if we can get that weight out of our lives.

I will tell you a story of how I created shame in the lives of two of my children and the scars they still carry.  I will tell you of a relationship that has yet to find closure, leaving shame in its wake.  Have you ever been too shameful to apologize to another and even your self for some reckless conduct? Are you ashamed for losing your property to fire, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, etc.? Is someone in your family incestuous? Are you too tall or short, fat or skinny? SHAME?

What is it? Why is it? Can we overcome it?  If so how?  If not, are we just created to carry the burden of shame?  Is shame helping you in some way?  It's said
