We are looking at three cases of infidelity: Case 1- the husband had a relationship outside of his marriage that lasted a year, during which time he considered divorce. He broke up with his girlfriend when he realized it wouldn't work. He confessed the affair to his wife, who suspected something but didn't know. Should she forgive and forget? Case 2 - the wife moved out of the house and in with her boyfriend. She planned to file for divorce but then the boyfriend started getting violent. She moved out and went back to her husband. Should he forgive and forget? Case 3 - the husband left the wife, moved in with his girlfriend, broke up with her, moved in with another girlfriend, broke up with her, moved in with another girlfriend, then his wife filed for divorce. After eight years and three girlfriends, he decided he really wants to move back home with the wife. The three children, who were in their teens when he first left, are now grown adults on their own. Should she forgive and forget?
