How does a tour of the south, where colleges and universities were built on the grounds of former slave plantations, affect  African American students’ view of the importance of education? Today, four students from Chicago High School for the Arts, Sekani Jaimebadi, Terrence Clemons, Karly West and Elon Brown share their eye opening experience during this recent Spring Break when they participated in the annual Rainbow PUSH HIstorically Black College Tour.
