Can Convicted Marijuana Sellers Become Legitimate Entrepreneurs?

States and cities across the nation are making marijuana usage legal. So what do we do about the many drug dealers currently doing time for selling “weed”? Are they still considered lawbreakers? Or can they be released from jail and converted into legitimate business owners? Exactly how would that work? Would drug dealers be schooled on how to get a business license? Pay taxes? Hire employees? Issue payroll checks?
