Inmates of Cook County Jail say the living conditions are horrendous. Rats, roaches, mold, mildew, beatings, rapes. Should jails offer more humane conditions? Or should punishment be as unpleasant as possible? Chicago activist Revin Fellows discusses an upcoming visit Tuesday October 30 at 9:30am to Cook County Jail by State Representative  La Shawn Ford to address the inhumane conditions and what should be done ro eradicate the problems.
