Mrs. Arnetha Habeel, former Director of the RTW Veterans Center in Chicago, is being celebrated in a special way today as she fights a battle to restore the strength in a body under attack by cancer. Her energy has been the driving force behind RTW’s consistent service to homeless veterans of war.
