What obligations to you have toward your spouse, even when he or she makes mistakes? Today we'll look at the lesson behind the movie "Acrimony" by Tyler Perry. Marriage is the decision to form a legal tie of family with another person who is otherwise not related by blood (though some cultures do allow cousins to marry each other). But beyond the notion of one person being an exclusive sex partner, marriage is a contract between two souls who agree to support each other with unconditional love during each ones spiritual journey on Earth, a school where we learn patience, compassion, understanding and forgiveness by experiencing a variety of situations with people of varying levels of consciousness. Today we’ll explore what that soul tie means, and how the decision you make can affect your entire family for generations to come. We’ll also examine what happens when a spouse transitions, and how souls are still tied together, even after death.
